AlBeirutty Academy reserves the right to:

1. Change or add to any term of this policy without prior notice to the subscriber.
2. The subscriber is the only person entitled to use the program. It may not be published or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.
3. Materials may not be exchanged between subscribers, and may not be transferred from one account to another.
4. The subscriber must provide accurate information when enrolling in any material offered on our website, such as name, email address, country, mobile number and any additional details we may need at any time, and must update this information if it changes.
5. The help center will be ready to assist subscribers if they encounter problems with the materials offered on our website. If technical support determines that the problem originates on the subscriber’s side, we are not obliged to resolve it, and full responsibility for resolving it lies with the subscriber.
6. Enrolling in the materials: each material consists of several pre-recorded videos that can be watched at any time.
7. The benefit gained varies from person to person, so the subscriber may not request a full or partial refund on the grounds of not having benefited from the material.
8. The subscriber must pay the full price of the material. If any amount remains outstanding, the subscriber is obliged to pay it later.

Refunds

1. The subscriber is not entitled to a refund once the material has been delivered; if they are unable to watch the material because of their own circumstances; if they breach any term of this agreement; if a technical problem on their side prevents them from completing the material; or if they did not benefit from the material, since the benefit varies from one subscriber to another.
2. A subscription will be cancelled if the subscriber posts offensive or indecent comments. Such subscribers may also be held legally accountable, and any subscription fee will not be refunded.
3. Subscribers may not post links or promote any product in our channels, whether on Telegram or on the website.
4. The management may suspend a subscription without refund if the subscriber breaches any term of this agreement.
5. The subscriber may not request a full or partial refund on the grounds of not having benefited from the material.
6. We accept no liability for any harm the subscriber suffers from the materials as a result of misunderstanding them, applying them incorrectly, or for any other reason.
7. All rights to the materials are reserved. They may not be sold or transferred, in whole or in part.
